Our Approach
Every child, young person, and adult comes into the world with an innate worth that does not disappear because of difference, distress, or experience.
Neurodiversity is not something to be corrected, and trauma is not a flaw, both are part of the story of how we adapt, survive, and grow.
In this space, behaviour is understood as communication.
We listen beneath what is seen, said, or struggled with, knowing that reactions often make sense when we understand the context they grew from.
We believe healing happens in relationship.
For children, we offer play, curiosity, and understanding, a place where feelings can be explored without pressure to be different or “better.”
For young people, we support identity, voice, and autonomy, helping them understand themselves and their patterns with compassion rather than shame.
For parents and adults, we offer space for reflection and self-discovery, honouring what once kept you safe while gently exploring what may now help you live more freely.
We do not work to fix people.
We work to understand, to support, and to help each person grow in ways that feel meaningful, authentic, and true to who they are.
Growth is not about becoming someone new.
It is about reconnecting with yourself, building awareness, expanding choice, and moving forward with greater confidence and care, for yourself and for others.
Here, you do not have to perform, mask, or explain your worth.
You are already enough.
And together, we make sense of what comes next.

Rebecca's work is rooted in compassion, inclusion, and respect for each individual’s story.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Rebecca built a successful career in HR, where her passion for inclusion grew. Shaped by her own lived experience of disability and neurodiversity, this gives her an authentic understanding of both challenge and resilience.
Rebecca’s approach is client-led, warm, and encouraging. She creates a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and accepted, enabling them to explore who they are, reconnect with their strengths, and build confidence and resilience as they move forward.
Rebecca has worked with individuals aged 5 to 90, supporting a wide range of issues including neurodiversity, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, male mental health, fertility challenges, bereavement, disability, abuse, LGBTQ+ and identity exploration, and healing childhood trauma.
She also has extensive experience supporting parents through the complexities of parenting—from fertility journeys and birth or developmental trauma to healing their own childhood experiences and raising neurodivergent children. Rebecca helps parents build understanding, self-compassion, and confidence, so they can support themselves and their families with greater ease.
At the heart of Rebecca’s work is a belief in every person’s capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you work with a trained therapist to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, trauma, and personal growth. Many clients also use therapy to gain clarity, improve coping skills, and feel more connected to themselves and others.
No, we do not provide crisis support. If you are in distress please dial 999 or contact The Samaritans on 116 123
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or simply curious about understanding yourself better, therapy can be helpful. An initial session is a low-pressure way to explore whether it feels like a good fit.
The first session focuses on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, background, and any questions or concerns you may have. It’s also an opportunity for you to see if you feel comfortable with the therapist and the therapeutic approach.
The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and needs. Some people come for short-term, focused support, while others choose longer-term therapy for deeper exploration. We’ll regularly check in to ensure therapy is meeting your needs.
